London based leading movie production house N Films and Creation honoured to Nepali ambassador Durga Bahadur Subedi for his contribution to the development of Nepali movie across United Kingdom.
In an organized ceremony at London, Mr. Nikesh Limbu, head of the company handed the honor to diplomat Subedi. The ambassador had played crucial role to expand and release of the movie ‘Blind Rocks’ across UK, which is still running with good shows.
Addressing the ceremony, Mr. Limbu urged to show love and respect for the Nepalese movie. ‘UK is potential market for Nepali movie, for preserve the Nepalese culture here, we need to love our movie’ he said, ‘I’m really grateful to Nepali embassy for your support.’
During the function, social worker Dr. Raghab Prasad Dhital, former head of BBC Nepali Service Khagendra Nepali, writer Suresh Jung Shah and chairman of Federation of Nepali journalist Mr. Naresh Khapangi Magar were addressed the program. The event was concluded with the chairmanship of Komal Malla, head of the Nepal literature Development Organization UK.
The movie ‘Blind Rocks’ still running across UK and according to producer Limbu, shows will be organize in various places. On July 18th movie to be screening at York in UK and on 14th and 15th July, movie will show at Carnivals Cinema Singapore, which will be organized by NC Entertainment.
N Films and Creation had already made ‘Rato Ghar’ and ‘Blind Rocks’ is second venture of company. Now, producer Limbu is eyeing for another benchmark indeed !
