Miss Nepal Gets Bid Farewell, Five Title Holders Are All Set To Ready For International Pageants

As Nepal is all set to celebrate two of its biggest festivals Dashain and Tihar, five winners of Miss Nepal 2019 pageant are preparing to represent the country in different international pageants in this year.

A press meet held at Hotel Annapurna, Durbar Marg on September 22, to bid farewell to these winners, informed about Nepal’s participation in the international pageants.

Miss Nepal World Anushka Shrestha, Miss Nepal Earth Riya Basnet, Miss Nepal International Meera Kakshapati, Miss Supranational Rose Lama and Miss Nepal Universe Pradeepta Adhikari got farewell by The Hidden Treasure.

Basnet will leave for Manila of the Philippines on September 27 to participate in Miss Earth and Miss Universe Pradeepta Adhikari also will fly to Manlia after fixing the date.

Anushka will head to London on November 20 to take part in Miss World, and Kakshapati will fly to Tokyo, Japan on October 25 to participate in the Miss International. While, Miss Nepal Supranational Rose Lama to head in Poland on 18th November.

Talking with media, All Miss Nepal title holders shared their prepare to the media. Miss Nepal world Shrestha informed that She will launch the Sindhupalchowk project in Beauty with purpose category. She also appealed to vote in multimedia category to the Nepali netizen. ‘I Will showcase the Nepali Thanka in miss world platform also’ she said, The event is happening on December 14.

Miss Earth Riya Basnet also showcased her video information about her prepare. She is all set to launching the Helambu project to the Miss Earth that how Helambu will be turn into Eco-friendly tourist destination of Nepal.

All these four winners have gone through extensive training to prepare for the international pageants, as per Gopal Sundar Lal Kakshapati, Chairman of The Hidden Treasure. “They have been provided with the best training that are available in the country, covering wide range of topics,” he informed.

Rajkarnikar Appointed As Chair of Hidden Treasure
Long time board member, Mr Diwakar Rajkarnikar has been appointed on the chair of The Hidden Treasure. Immediate chair Mr Kakshapati announced this decision during the press meet that he has resigned as per board decision.
