Indian TV Channels Re-Opens At Nepal After Modi-Oli Talks

After prime ministers of both the countries held direct talks on Saturday after a gap of around four months, now Indian TV channels re-starting their broadcast from Sunday.

Prime Minister of Nepal KP Sharma Oli rang up Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday to congratulate India on its 74th Independence Day and said “Nepal looks forward to a meaningful cooperation between Nepal and India.”

Now the Nepal’s cable TV operators, such as Dish-home, Mega Max, DSN and My TV have decided to remove their banned against Zee News, ABP News and Aajtak channel. They have started the re-broadcast of these Hindi channels.
