‘BLIND ROCKS’, a biopic on visually impaired motivational speaker Sristi KC, directed by Milan Chams and produced by Nikesh Limbu has released its trailer on Tuesday.
The movie that draws inspiration from Miss KC’s life and struggle is set to release on 2nd March, 2018. It is chronicle of the life of such an inspiring icon Miss KC, who went through several hardships before accomplishing her goals.
The biopic depicts the roller coaster life of her from how she lost her eye sight to all the conflicts that she fought each day and her struggles with real world, society, psychology, love and so on.
Actress Benisha Hamal who is essaying the role of KC as female protagonist said’, I was asked to choose one film among two films that I was offered, I choose to play Blind Rocks. But doing this film was very challenging as I had to essay Sristi KC and her struggles and potentials for which I stayed and interacted with her for almost 3 months’.
‘I’ve been receiving very good responses and compliments for the movie and I thank the makers of the movie for giving me this opportunity and even Sristi herself and her parents for their co-ordination,’ she added.
Director Chams said that movie is biopic and info-tainment than commercial elements. ‘Every audience would like the movie’ he said.
The makers of the movie revealed that it is made with the intention to inspire people around the world and change the perceptions and the way they treat visually impaired people.
The movie written by Yam Thapa and Suman Uprety, cinematography by Nawaraj Krishna Thapa, editing by Arjun GC under the banner of Chams Entertainment and N Films and Creation.
