BBC’s upcoming movie ‘Where Is Our Girl’ has recently shot at Kathmandu, Nepal. We took a look at some snaps from the movie, where Michelle Keegan has reprised her role as Georgie Lane for the third series of BBC show.
This is 12 part series, our girls series three will see Michelle Keegan and her squad take on three separate tours including Nepal, South Africa and Malaysia.
This first tour, which will take place over four episodes, finds Georgie (Michelle) on a relief mission in Nepal following a devastating series of earthquakes.
Additionally tasked with mentoring the young and rebellious new 2-Section recruit Private Maisie Richards, Georgie will have to tackle an unpredictable natural landscape and an increasingly dangerous human threat to the area, alongside the reappearance of her ex Elvis.
The third series of Our Girl begins next week on Tuesday 10 October at 9pm on BBC One and it will consist of 12 episodes which will be split into three blocks of four episodes.
Our Girl follows the lives of a leading woman in the British Army – the first series being Lacey Turner’s Molly Dawes, and the second and third series Lance Corporal Georgie Lane, played by Michelle Keegan.
The pair are both female Army medics, with Molly serving in Afghanistan and Georgie serving in Kenya.
In the last series, Georgie was forced to confront her feelings for her ex-boyfriend Elvis (Luke Pasqualino) while her fiance Jamie (Royce Pierreson) waited for her back home.
